Dr. Ladson-Billings gave the second keynote address at our first ICUE conference in 2014 in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  The title of her talk was "Hip Hop/Hip Hope: The (R)Evolution of Culturally Relevant Pedagogy".

She came back in 2022 and gave the keynote address in Cancun, Mexico.
